Julianna Margulies experienced a “horrifying second” when she was asked to go to Steven Seagal’s hotel place.

The 54-yr-old actress recollects getting requested by a casting director to run a scene with the ‘Under Siege’ actor in his resort home as Seagal was thrilled by Julianna’s audition.

She mentioned: “It was actually the casting director that questioned me to go to his hotel area, I experienced a fourth and last call back the upcoming day and she referred to as me to say, ‘He’d like to run the scene with you, he noticed your tape, he thinks you’re good, appear to the lodge room.’ And I didn’t want to go because I lived in Brooklyn and I couldn’t afford to pay for a taxi, I was waitressing, I was broke. And she mentioned, ‘Don’t get worried, we will pay out for the automobile, get a motor vehicle provider and I’ll be below we are likely to run the scene.'”

Having said that, when she arrived, the casting director wasn’t there and Seagal requested her to sit down on the couch, when she then realised he had left a gun on the sofa.

Talking on The Drew Barrymore Clearly show, she included: “The casting director was not there and it was a horrifying moment since he questioned me to sit on a couch and beneath this cushion, I jumped up mainly because there was some thing hard and he pulled out a gun, and said, ‘Oh I will have to have still left my gun there.'”

In the meantime, Julianna lately unveiled a memoir but insisted it was not a “convey to-all”.

She mentioned earlier: “When I 1st experienced my assembly with Ballantine Guides and Random Residence, I remember when they read the initial draft they claimed, ‘Oh, there are no tales in listed here about what it was like to acquire an Emmy.’ And I reported, ‘Guys, you’ve received the incorrect female. I’m in no way gonna produce about that.’ A person else can write about observing me acquire an Emmy, but it doesn’t fascination me for the reason that it is a fleeting second that means almost nothing in the big photograph.
