The NYPD unveiled video clip of a woman assaulting a boy inside of the Arlo Hotel in SoHo immediately after she falsely accused him of thieving her cellphone.

“On Saturday, December 26, the girl in this video clip falsely accused an innocent 14-yr-previous teenager of stealing her cellphone.
