Deputy Royce James spent hrs, with restricted data, tracking down 22-yr-aged Tyler Thompson. The suspect was allegedly in the firm of a missing 13-year-previous woman from Oak Hill, Florida, who investigators say met Thompson on Snapchat.
Following the teen was reported lacking Thursday by her grandmother, James commenced investigating.
