Dadra and Nagar Haveli MP observed dead in Mumbai resort
Mumbai, Feb 22 (UNI) Lok Sabha member from Dadra and Nagar Haveli Mohan S Delkar was discovered dead in a hotel below on Monday, police said.

As per the law enforcement, the overall body of the 58-calendar year-previous legislator was identified inside of a home of Resort Sea Environmentally friendly South, a sea-facing hotel on Maritime Drive in south Mumbai.

A suicide notice, prepared in Gujarati, has also been recovered from the site, law enforcement stated.His overall body has been sent for article mortem.

Police are investigating when and why he arrived in Mumbai and checked into the south-Mumbai lodge, who was with him or he interacted with, and other details.

“The Marine Push Law enforcement team is at the spot. A suicide notice has also been recovered… Investigation is being carried out. Prima facie, it’s a case of hanging, but the precise lead to of death will be identified only after the post—mortem is conducted,” reported a Mumbai Law enforcement formal Spokesperson advised the mediapersons right here.

Delkar was the leader of the Bharatiya Navshakti Party. He was elected to the reduced home in 2019 as an Independent candidate from the UT. This was his seventh phrase in the Lok Sabha. In the former 6 conditions, he represented the Congress party.

He is survived by wife, son and a daughter.
