2 Connecticut officers arrested right after getting uncovered in resort home jointly on duty

NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH) – Two Connecticut police officers have been arrested next an Oct 2020 incident for the duration of which they had been found in a lodge jointly although on responsibility.

On Oct. 10, 2020, Norwalk Law enforcement Office Officers Michael Dimeglio, 38, and Sara Laudano, 31, ended up operating in the patrol division, officials stated in a news release. At about 12:47 a.m. dispatch was unable to get to Officer Laudano on her law enforcement radio or cellphone.

Dimeglio and Laudano turned them selves in to Norwalk Law enforcement on Tuesday. They are billed with larceny, reckless endangerment and risk of injuries to a child.

They are equally held on $75,000 bond and are set to look in court Feb. 16.
